CHROMA pigments are custom-made with a blend of inorganic and organic substances. Organic Red, Ethyl Alcohol, Distilled Water, Glycerin. Pigments sold in a 3mil or 15mil bottle. This is a must-have amongst most microbladers & permanent makeup artists.
